Job summary

Direct Auto Insurance Company is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to grow our customer base by selling in person and by phone, cross-selling to existing clients, and building lasting community relationships. You will develop a local pipeline, conduct outbound outreach, and partner with leadership to align with marketing initiatives while staying current on products and underwriting.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years' experience, P&C license preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
