Direct Auto Insurance is hiring a Direct Sales Agent Specialist in the United States to drive growth by securing new business and cross-selling to existing customers. You will serve local customers in person and by phone while building a strong pipeline through local lead generation and referrals.

You will develop relationships with community partners, conduct outbound prospecting, and collaborate with leadership on local marketing.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or obtain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
