Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to grow our customer base through new business, cross-sell, and building lasting relationships. The role involves in-person and phone-based selling, with a base hourly rate and uncapped monthly incentives.

You will develop local market pipelines, partner with leadership on local marketing, and stay current on products and underwriting guidelines to remain competitive in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 0 – 2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
• Active listening and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
