Job summary

Credit Acceptance is a leading auto finance company offering a remote-friendly role in its Collections team. The Account Solutions Representative helps customers stay on the road to a better financial future, working primarily on inbound/outbound calls to bring accounts current.

The position includes above-market pay starting at $17.75–$20.85 per hour, uncapped monthly bonuses, benefits from day one, and flexible schedules. Training is provided on day one and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Reliable high-speed internet with at least 15 Mbps.
• Nice to have: prior customer service or collections experience in a call center.
• Experience in finance or automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong customer support and persuasive skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to bring accounts current and reduce delinquencies.
• Assist customers in canceling or stopping vehicle repossession where possible.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls using our phone system.
• Set up promises to bring accounts current and/or prevent repossessions where appropriate.
• Support additional customer service requests as needed.
