The role offers above-market pay, with a starting hourly rate of $17.75–$20.85 plus uncapped monthly bonuses, remote work options, paid training, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and reliable high-speed internet (min 15 Mbps).
• Experience in customer service or collections is preferred in a call center setting.
• Knowledge of the finance or automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in bringing accounts current.
• Create solutions to prevent vehicle repossession and support customer requests.
• Follow the company call model to set up promises and manage account information.
