Credit Acceptance is seeking an Account Solutions Representative to keep customers on the road to a better financial future. The role offers an above-market hourly rate ($17.75–$20.85) plus uncapped monthly bonus and paid training, with remote work options.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in bringing accounts current, while leveraging a proven call model and ongoing coaching to develop your skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Nice to have previous customer service or collection experience in call center environments.
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry.
• Experience in roles demonstrating strong customer support or persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers stay current on their auto loans by contacting them via phone (inbound and outbound).
• Create solutions to prevent further delinquencies and facilitate repossession actions as needed.
• Communicate professionally to schedule payments and promises that bring accounts current.
