Credit Acceptance is seeking an Account Solutions Representative to support customers behind on auto loan payments from a remote capacity. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, build solutions to keep accounts current, and work toward resolving delinquencies with a customer‑focused approach.

This role features an above-market pay structure starting at $17.75–$20.85 per hour plus an uncapped monthly bonus and first‑day benefits, with paid training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• High speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download speed.
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to keep customers current on their auto loans.
• Create solutions to prevent accounts from becoming further past due or to stop repossession.
• Professionally assist customers to bring accounts current and resolve issues.
