Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
• Nice to have experience in customer service/call center.
• Experience in finance or automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to help customers bring accounts current or avoid further delinquencies.
• Help customers cancel or stop vehicle repossession when possible.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with payments and arrangements.
