Credit Acceptance seeks an Account Solutions Representative to support customers behind on auto loans. You will primarily handle inbound/outbound calls to help keep drivers on the road and current on payments.

This role offers remote work options, an above-market pay structure starting at $17.75 to $20.85 per hour plus uncapped monthly bonuses, plus benefits starting day one. Training begins with five weeks of virtual onboarding; growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• High-speed internet at least 15 Mbps
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Finance or automotive industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to keep customers current on auto loans
• Help customers avoid repossession where possible
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Reach out to keep contact information up to date in CRM
• Set up payment promises to bring accounts current
