This remote role requires strong technical knowledge of vehicle damage assessment, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will serve as a technical resource for auto claims, collaborate with repair facilities, and ensure accurate, timely settlements while upholding company standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Two years of auto physical damage appraisal experience.
• Proficient in claims management and estimating software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage via on-site or virtual inspections.
• Review estimates and coordinate with repair facilities for accuracy.
• Prepare repair estimates using standard estimating software.
• Determine actual cash value and settle total losses.
• Negotiate costs and settlements with body shops and customers.
• Identify pre-existing damage and potential fraud indicators.
• Collaborate with claim staff to coordinate repairs and supplements.
• Explain the appraisal process and keep vehicle owners informed.
