Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International LLC is seeking an Account Development Manager to support a major OEM auto maker relationship and its dealership network. You will deliver product knowledge, conduct customized training, and help grow the finance & insurance book of business across assigned regions.

Travel to dealer locations will be substantial, and you will partner with the Sales Management Team to drive revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automotive retail-related management (F&I, Sales Mgr, GSM, GM, Training Specialist)
• ~ 3+ years proven territory management and training activities
• ~ Experienced in account development with sustained results
• ~ Willingness to travel at least 70%
• ~ Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with OEM partners and dealerships to meet defined goals and strategic results
• Build and conduct customized training programs for OEM auto makers and dealership networks
• Leverage Safe-Guard Training platform as a differentiator and value-added service
• Partner with Sales Management to maximize revenue and growth
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to increase profitability and product sales
• Develop and utilize company-approved training and marketing materials
