Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to support a major OEM relationship and dealership network across multiple locations. The role focuses on delivering product knowledge training and sales advisory services to maximize dealership profitability in the F&I space.

The position requires 6+ years in automotive retail management with F&I experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 75% with a company car provided for programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automotive retail management experience and F&I exposure.
• Excellent communications and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and maintain a company car.
• Experience building and delivering training programs for dealership networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with partners to meet goals and strategic results.
• Build and conduct customized training for OEMs and dealer networks to grow F&I business.
• Leverage training platforms as a differentiator and value-added service.
• Represent Safe-Guard at industry events and publications.
• Partner with Sales Management to maximize revenue and program impact.
• Develop training and marketing materials approved by management.
