Job summary

NCC provides software solutions that help automotive dealerships streamline operations, strengthen F&I processes, and drive profitability. This account executive role focuses on outbound outreach to win new dealership customers for auto-credit solutions, with a high-activity pipeline and uncapped earnings potential.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to signed agreement, targeting dealership leadership and driving revenue in a remote, phone-based environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling software to auto dealerships.
• B2B outbound calling experience required, with hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach and follow-up to build pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners and decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value and profitability.
• Maintain opportunities, activity, next steps and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams for a smooth handoff.
