Job summary

NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Leverage automotive experience selling to dealerships and B2B outbound calling to drive revenue from Austin to national coverage. You will work remotely by phone and virtual meetings, with an accelerated ramp and uncapped

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
• Previous experience in auto retail environment.
• Hunter mindset: comfortable opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build pipeline.
• Own full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners, GMs, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value terms (operational efficiency & profitability).
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and great customer experience.
