Job summary

NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Remote role with no routine travel, requiring automotive experience selling to dealerships and B2B outbound calling. Earn uncapped commissions with a target OTE of $110K and team averages around $150K+.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience selling products and services to dealerships.
• B2B Outbound Calling Experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
• Previous experience working in the auto retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound cold calls, email, social outreach, and disciplined follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with relevant, concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value, including operational efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to create a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.
