Job summary

NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Automotive experience selling products and services to dealerships is required. This role offers an uncapped earnings potential with an OTE of $110K, and top performers earning well above that, in a remote work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling software to auto dealerships.
• Experience in B2B outbound calling required.
• Experience in auto retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners and decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value, including profitability.
• Maintain opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams for a smooth handoff.
