Job summary

NCC is seeking Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own an outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business with a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Ideal candidates bring automotive experience selling to dealerships, B2B outbound calling experience, and a hunter mindset. You will leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline and contribute to a high-performance, remote sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships
• Previous experience working in the auto retail environment
• Hunter mindset: opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency and closing the business
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect solutions to priorities
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, emails, social outreach and follow-up to build a strong pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
• Reach dealership owners and decision-makers with concise messaging
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value
• Maintain opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion and revenue goals
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams for smooth handoffs and great customer experience
