NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a

Qualifications

2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
Experience selling to auto dealerships in a B2B outbound context.
Hunter mindset: able to open doors, handle rejection, create urgency, and close deals.
Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect NCC's solutions to priorities.
Strong organization, follow-through, coachability, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce or comparable) to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Responsibilities

Prospect daily through outbound cold calls, email, social outreach, and disciplined follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
Own the full sales cycle from first contact and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement.
Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with concise messaging.
Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value, including operational efficiency and profitability.
Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to create a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.
