Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role is required.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze CCC estimates is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with computers and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards precisely.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone in a professional manner.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
