Job summary

State Farm is seeking an Auto Estimator in a Remote-Field role based in Miami, FL. You will gather vehicle information from shops or clients and prepare initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person, while serving insureds with Remarkable service.

You may meet customers, explain coverage, and guide them through the claims process. A valid driver's license and experience in auto repair/estimating are required.

Qualifications

• Auto collision repair or estimating experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across technical platforms.
• Physical ability to stoop, bend, and lift to evaluate vehicle damage and create estimates.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and complete estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through the claims process with Remarkable service.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Evaluate bid content, photos, damage, and causation for reparability.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and shops.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Interact with parties who express strong emotions or concerns during inspections or resolutions.
