Responsibilities

• Estimate repair costs using automated estimating systems.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Evaluate vehicle damage, causation, and bid content from photos or inspections.
• Communicate with customers and repair shops via inbound/outbound calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
