Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and prepare initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through the claims process while delivering remarkable service.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Evaluate bid content, photo documents, and causation issues to determine reparability.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and shops.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
