Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2 years of experience in a customer-facing virtual environment.
• Ability to train and perform the job in a remote setting with home-office setup.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work any shift during 24/7 operating hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and computer navigation skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Willing to use cameras during onboarding and team meetings.
• Willing to travel for role and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Maintain a diary system to review and resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Manage an inventory of claims and open new claims with required information from insured and involved parties.
• Explain policy coverage and recommended action to customers; provide status updates and follow-ups.
• Document claim files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions and SOPs.
