Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a fully remote Associate Auto Claims Advisor in the United States. You will handle non-injury auto claims, verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and keep customers informed about claims status.

Training is six weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026; it includes classroom and hands-on training with pay and a potential company-wide bonus up to 5% of eligible pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing virtual environment using internet, phone and chat.
• Ability to work remotely, with WFH requirements.
• Flexibility to work any shift within 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy coverages and liability decisions to customers.
• Obtain police reports and witness statements, and gather loss details.
• Maintain claim diary and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate with customers and repair facilities; document files.
