Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, is hiring an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto and property damage claims remotely. You will verify coverages, investigate liability, obtain reports, and keep members informed throughout the claims process.

Training is six weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026. The role requires 2+ years of customer service, English language proficiency, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of customer facing virtual experience.
• Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Operate a diary system to review and resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Manage an inventory of claims and obtain loss details from involved parties.
• Explain policy coverages and appropriate action, with status updates to customers.
• Document files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
