Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a remote Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims across multiple states. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and explain decisions to members, while guiding them through the claims process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2 years in a customer-facing virtual environment.
• Remote-work capability and fit for a home-based role.
• Adjuster license may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Manage a diary system to review and resolve claims per state rules.
• Open claims and gather information from insured, claimants and others.
• Explain policy coverage and recommended course of action to customers.
• Document files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies and SOPs.
• Arrange and manage repairs, rentals, towing and storage negotiations.
• Apply knowledge of estimating standards from minor to moderate complexity.
• Paid 6-week virtual training, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm PT.
• Training starts on 12/07/2026.
