Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Associate Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote role across multiple US states. You will handle non-injury auto and property claims, verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and guide members through the claims process with clear explanations.

You will work in a remote-first environment with a paid six-week training program, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time. Start date slated for 12/07/2026; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2 years in a customer-facing virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy coverages and guide customers through the claims process.
• Manage diary system and inventory of claims; obtain statements and police reports.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs; coordinate with repair facilities and vendors.
