Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring for a remote Auto Claims Adjuster role. You will handle non-injury auto and property claims, verify coverages, and guide customers through the claims process from a remote location.

The team values bilingual (Spanish/English) communication, strong customer service, and adaptability. Training and remote work arrangements support a flexible schedule across time zones in the US.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2 years of customer-facing virtual experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; clear English terminology explanation may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Handle a diary system to review and resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Manage an inventory of claims.
• Opens claims and gathers information from insured, claimant and involved parties.
• Explains policy coverage and recommended action to customers.
• Documents files and communicates with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Arranges and pays for repair, rental, towing, total losses, and storage as needed.
• Applies estimating standards from minor to moderate complexity.
