Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle damage via on-site or virtual assessments.
• Prepare repair estimates with industry-standard estimating software.
• Evaluate ACV and settle total losses.
• Negotiate with body shops and claimants to reach fair settlements.
• Collaborate with claim reps and vendors to coordinate repairs.
• Explain the appraisal process to customers and keep them informed.
