The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, an active adjuster license, and 2+ years in auto physical damage appraisal, with proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office. Travel and flexible work arrangements are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and active adjuster license are required or part of Travelers training.
• Minimum two years of auto physical damage appraisal experience.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Strong communication, judgment and customer-service orientation are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage via on-site or virtual inspections.
• Review estimates, collaborate with shops, and ensure accuracy across claims.
• Determine actual cash value and settle total losses with market research.
• Negotiate costs while maintaining repair standards and fraud awareness.
• Explain processes to customers and support timely claim resolution.
