Fortra is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team. You will engage with prospects to understand technical and business needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and craft tailored solution proposals that deliver maximum value.

You will also contribute to webinars, tradeshows, and other marketing initiatives, partnering with sales and customer teams to drive success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing environment preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pain-discovery to understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Own the customer evaluation process, including trials and proofs of concept.
• Identify objections and collaborate on remediation with teams.
• Build and present proposals demonstrating value to stakeholders, including executives.
• Estimate professional services effort and develop project plans as needed.
