Fortra is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team. You will work closely with prospective customers to understand their technical and business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and design tailored solution proposals that deliver maximum value.

You will also contribute to marketing initiatives, webinars, and events. You will manage the customer evaluation process, address technical objections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT/Engineering/Business.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing, software, or solutions-focused environment preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in pre-sales by understanding customer requirements and demonstrating product capabilities.
• Design tailored solution proposals to deliver maximum value.
• Contribute to marketing efforts such as webinars, tradeshows, and content development.
• Own the customer evaluation process including trials and proofs of concept.
• Build and present customer proposals addressing needs at all levels, including executives.
• Estimate professional services effort and develop project plans when needed.
