Job summary

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm seeking a CBRE | T&T Construction Project Manager. You will monitor multi-location projects, manage budget/schedule, procure resources, and ensure governance and data integrity.

Remote with travel, salary range $90,000–$110,000, and discretionary bonus eligibility. Required: US work authorization, Bachelor's preferred and 5–8 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices.
• Ability to read architectural drawings; financial forecasting/ reporting beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, budget, and risk assessments.
• Define resources; conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and recommend vendors.
• Implement governance; ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Track progress, report status and variances; mitigate risks.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.
