• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; 8+ years in related roles.
• Experience leading geographically distributed remote teams.
• Strong decision making, relationship skills, and ownership.
• Knowledge of contract documents, product submittals, specs, and codes.
• Reading and understanding general contract/subcontract docs, drawings, specs.
