Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Project Manager to learn and grow within our Project Management team supporting commercial real estate projects. You will provide advanced administrative support, documentation, and reporting, with potential to manage smaller projects under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; strong MS Office skills.
• AEC experience or construction project management preferred.
• Able to read architectural drawings and leases.

Responsibilities

• Support PM team to manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk for commercial real estate projects.
• Ensure project documentation governance and data integrity.
• Track progress against budgets and timelines; report variances and craft action plans.
• May lead smaller projects or guide third-party delivery resources.
• Apply standard procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
