Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Clinton, New Jersey, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support operations on commercial real estate projects. You will provide advanced administrative support, assist with documentation, issue for commitment, and prepare reports, with potential to manage smaller projects under supervision.

The role emphasizes budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk tracking; governance of project documentation; data integrity; and collaboration across the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AEC experience preferred for commercial projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, leases and understand construction practices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management team to manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for commercial real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements; ensure data integrity and timely updates.
• Track project progress against goals, budgets and timelines; report status and variances; craft action plans to meet objectives.
