Responsibilities

• Train and coach associates and new hires.
• Oversee 20–30 sites with regular field oversight.
• Hire, coach, and manage performance of staff.
• Manage supplies, assets, and maintenance requests.
• Ensure safe, friendly donor interactions.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and respond to daily needs.
