Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to drive the Naloxone public interest program across the U.S. in a remote or hybrid role. You will work with the National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to grow government, non-profit, and B2B accounts, advocating harm reduction and improving access to naloxone.

The position requires a strong government network, 5+ years in Pharma/OTC sales, and 3+ years in contract negotiations. A Bachelor's degree and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of Pharma/OTC sales experience in government/public interest.
• At least 3 years of contract negotiations experience.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies including public health departments, state procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability for relationship management with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to build a business plan for expanding naloxone in target states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution with government, non-profit, and B2B accounts to optimize access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities across states.
• Lead RFQ and contract submissions with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Build direct relationships with government entities and partners to raise Padagis awareness and improve naloxone access.
• Assist with sales forecasting and set ambitious yet achievable goals.
• Participate in state public health initiatives with agencies to advocate naloxone programs.
• Analyze market trends, policy changes, and health data to guide strategy and policy influence.
• Guide accounts through Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
