Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Naloxone public-interest sales strategy across the U.S. in a 100% remote or hybrid capacity. You will work with government, non-profit and business accounts to expand naloxone access while aligning with Padagis business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of Pharma/OTC sales in government/public interest.
• At least 3 years of contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies including public health departments, state procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated relationship management with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Mansioni

• Collaborate with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to establish a business plan for expanding naloxone in aligned states.
• Develop and manage sales execution and partnerships with government, non-profits, and harm reduction orgs to optimize access.
• Identify decision-makers and KOLs to unlock opportunities in target states.
• Oversee RFQs and contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
• Develop direct relationships with government entities to maximize naloxone awareness and access.
• Assist with sales forecasting and set ambitious, achievable goals.
• Lead participation in state public health initiatives and advocate for naloxone programs.
• Analyze market trends and policy changes to inform strategy and influence state policies.
• Guide accounts through Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
