Job summary

Padagis seeks an Associate Director for the Naloxone sales team to lead public interest channel strategy across US states. This 100% remote or hybrid role focuses on growing Naloxone sales in government, non-profit and B2B accounts while advocating harm reduction.

You will collaborate with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to expand presence, manage RFQs/contracts, and build partnerships with government entities to improve access and awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pharma/OTC sales in government/public interest.
• At least 3 years of experience with contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies including SAMHSA, HHS, NIH, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability for relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with National Sales Director, Public Interest, Padagis Leadership, and cross-functional teams to establish a business plan and strategy for expanding naloxone's presence in geographically aligned states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution and partnerships directly with government entities, non-profit organizations and harm reduction organizations, optimizing access and coverage.
• Identify and target decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities within target states.
• Oversee the preparation, submission, and execution of RFQs and contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Develop direct relationships with government entities and partners to maximize awareness of Padagis and collaborate on solutions to improve access of naloxone.
• Assists with sales forecasting activities, setting ambitious yet achievable performance goals to guide team efforts and resource allocation.
• Spearhead participation in state public health initiatives, collaborating with public health agencies to advocate for programs that support naloxone distribution and awareness.
• Analyze market trends, policy changes, and public health data to inform strategic decisions, and influence state policies to support naloxone distribution and use.
• Guide prospective and new accounts through Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
