Job summary

Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Naloxone public interest channel across the US, with remote or hybrid options. You will partner with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to expand government, non-profit and B2B partnerships and advocate for harm reduction aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes contracting with government entities, RFQs, forecasting, state health initiatives, and policy analysis to improve naloxone access while driving growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Pharma/OTC sales role within government/public interest.
• At least 3 years of experience with contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies including but not limited to public health departments, state procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH.

Responsibilities

• Work with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to develop a business plan for expanding naloxone in geographically aligned states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution and partnerships with government entities, non-profits, and harm reduction organizations to optimize access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities within target states.
• Oversee RFQs and contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Build direct relationships with government entities to raise awareness of Padagis and collaborate on naloxone access.
• Assist with sales forecasting and set ambitious, achievable performance goals.
• Lead participation in state public health initiatives and advocate for naloxone distribution programs.
• Analyze market trends and policy changes to inform strategy and influence state policies.
