Job summary

Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Naloxone public-interest sales strategy across U.S. states and territories. The role focuses on growing government, non-profit, and B2B partnerships while advocating for harm-reduction and naloxone access.

The position supports cross-functional teams and will manage RFQs, government contracts, and strategic initiatives. Remote work is available nationwide, with hybrid options in select regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Pharma/OTC sales role within government/public interest.
• At least 3 years of experience with contract negotiations.
• Strong network across government agencies including but not limited to: public health departments, state procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to establish a business plan for expanding naloxone in aligned states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution and partnerships with government entities, non-profits and harm reduction orgs to improve access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities in target states.
• Oversee RFQ submissions and contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Develop relationships with government entities to maximize Padagis awareness and naloxone access.
