Job summary

Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Naloxone public-interest sales team, driving government, non-profit, and B2B programs across the United States in a 100% remote or hybrid setup.

You will shape state-by-state strategies, manage RFQs and contracts, build relationships with public health agencies, and guide accounts through Padagis Direct to improve naloxone access while balancing social impact with growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Pharma/OTC sales for government/public interest.
• 3+ years in contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience with strong government networks.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Sales Director to build a plan for expanding Naloxone in aligned states/territories.
• Develop sales execution with government entities, non-profits, and harm reduction partners.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities.
• Oversee RFQs and government contracts, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Build direct relationships with government entities to improve naloxone access.
• Forecast sales and drive resource allocation; participate in state public health initiatives.
