Job summary

Padagis seeks an Associate Director to lead the Naloxone public interest sales across the U.S. The role is open to 100% remote work or hybrid work in Western Michigan or Minneapolis, focusing on government, nonprofit, and B2B accounts to expand naloxone access.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to grow presence, manage RFQs/contracts, and build relationships with state agencies and public health partners. A strong government network and pharma/OTC sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Pharma/OTC sales experience in government/public interest.
• 3+ years of contract negotiations experience.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies (e.g., public health departments, state procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to expand naloxone in targeted states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution and partnerships with government entities, nonprofits, and harm reduction organizations.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities in target states.
• Oversee RFQ submissions and contracts with government entities to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
• Develop direct relationships with government entities to maximize naloxone awareness and access.
