Job summary

Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Naloxone public-interest sales strategy across the United States. The role is 100% remote or hybrid in select areas, reporting to the National Sales Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow government, non-profit, and B2B partnerships.

You will drive RFQ processes, build relationships with public health agencies, and shape policy-influenced programs to improve naloxone access while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of Pharma/OTC government/public interest sales.
• At least 3 years of contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong government network including public health departments and procurement offices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to expand naloxone presence in aligned states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution with government, non-profit and harm-reduction partners to optimize access.
• Identify and engage decision-makers and key opinion leaders in target states.
• Oversee RFQs and government contracts ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Build relationships with government entities to raise Padagis awareness and improve naloxone access.
• Assist with sales forecasting and set ambitious, achievable goals.
• Lead state public health initiatives and advocate naloxone programs with agencies.
• Analyze market trends and policy changes to guide strategy and influence state policies.
