Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Pharma/OTC government/public interest sales.
• 3+ years in contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network with government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand naloxone sales in government and non-profit sectors.
• Manage partnerships with government entities and harm reduction organizations to improve access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders in target states.
• Lead RFQ submissions and government contract processes ensuring compliance.
• Build direct relationships with government entities and partners to raise Padagis visibility.
• Forecast sales and participate in state public health initiatives to expand naloxone distribution.
