Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the public interest Naloxone sales strategy nationwide from a remote base, with optional hybrid office time in Western Michigan or Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities include growing sales in government, non-profit and B2B accounts, managing RFQs and contracts, and advocating for harm-reduction programs to improve public access to naloxone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in Pharma/OTC sales in government/public interest.
• 3+ years in contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies (e.g., public health depts., procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with leadership to create a business plan and strategy for Naloxone sales growth in aligned states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution with government, non-profit, and B2B accounts to optimize access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities in target states.
• Oversee RFQs and contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Build direct relationships with government entities and partners to increase naloxone awareness and access.
• Assist with sales forecasting and set ambitious, achievable goals for the team.
• Lead state public health initiatives and advocate for naloxone programs.
• Analyze market trends and policy changes to inform strategic decisions and policy influence.
• Guide accounts through Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
