Job summary

Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead Naloxone sales within the public interest channel across U.S. states, focusing on government, non-profit and B2B accounts, with a mission to expand access and harm reduction.

The role offers 100% remote work or a hybrid option in Western Michigan or Minneapolis–St. Paul area, collaborating with National Sales, Public Interest, and cross-functional teams to implement a strategic plan and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of Pharma/OTC government/public interest sales.
• At least 3 years of contract negotiation experience.
• B2B sales experience with strong government network.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to define a business plan expanding naloxone in aligned states.
• Manage sales execution with government, non-profit, and B2B partners; improve access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders in target states.
• Oversee RFQ submissions and government contracts; ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Develop direct government partnerships to increase naloxone awareness and distribution.
• Forecast sales and set ambitious, achievable goals.
• Lead state public health initiative participation to support naloxone programs.
• Analyze trends and policy changes to inform strategy and policy influence.
• Guide accounts through Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
