Job summary

Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead strategic public interest Naloxone sales across the United States, starting January 2027.

You will build a plan with the National Sales Director, manage government, non-profit and B2B partnerships, and shape state-by-state access and advocacy initiatives.

This role is 100% remote nationwide or hybrid in Western Michigan or Minneapolis-St. Paul, with exposure to policy, procurement, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Pharma/OTC sales experience in government/public interest.
• 3+ years of contract negotiations experience.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies (e.g., public health departments, state procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to build a business plan for expanding naloxone presence.
• Develop and manage sales execution with government entities, non-profits, and harm-reduction organizations.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities in target states.
• Oversee RFQ submissions and government contracts ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Develop direct relationships with government entities to maximize naloxone awareness and access, and guide accounts on Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
