Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy, governance, and administration of our LMS and learning technology portfolio across the enterprise.

You will evaluate platforms, partner with stakeholders, and guide major LMS implementations, migrations, and integrations while balancing modernization with stability. This is a remote role with limited travel to Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementations, migrations, or platform transformations
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance and administration of LMS and learning technology portfolio
• Evaluate platforms and tools based on learner needs, capabilities, integration, utilization, cost, and strategic fit
• Monitor emerging learning technologies and opportunities to improve learner experience
• Lead learning technology transformations including LMS evaluation, implementation, migration, integration and optimization
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners to translate requirements into technology solutions
